I feel like I am afraid and I’m not an afraid writer. I feel as if it’s only me reading it I don’t mind. But when it comes to someone else I get scared they are going to judge me on what I have to say and how I say it. I say that I am afraid because sometimes I have trouble with how to keep a simple thought flowing and how to make someone want to keep reading my papers. I think that you can achieve self-efficacy by expressing yourself and getting out there and actually try. I think that it is important because it helps you find your inner self. I am not a very creative writer so I have no idea what I am going to do in the literacy narrative. I am very easy to get off of topic and start rambling about stuff that does not apply to what I am supposed to be writing about. I hope that by the end of this class I can become better more creative writer. Also when it comes to reading, I am the same way. I can read alright to myself but when it comes time to read aloud or in front of a group of people then I stumble on words more often than when I just read by myself. I don’t know if it because I can be shy or if it’s the fact that I am scared that if I stumble people will just make fun of me.

Little bright Post-It notes used for marking pages. They are three different colors that are very bright : blue, yellow and orange. They are very smooth on one side like a piece of plastic almost but on the other side they are very sticky. They don’t have a sound really but when I go to pull another one off it sounds almost like ripping paper. I have never had them in my mouth and I never plan too. Ha They remind me of reading because it’s something that I use to mark my spots where I leave off so I can just pick my book back up and start reading and not have to worry about flipping through the pages just to find my spot. It’s a bit of a time saver. I believe they are very useful when it comes to reading. Without them I would have to use a piece of paper or s regular book mark and with those I risk them falling out and losing my spot! With the sticky notes I don’t have to worry about that because they are very sticky and usually last for a while and they don’t fall off. I can also write on them and take note if I wanted too. I like doing it that way a lot better than taking regular note because you can just go back over and look at your notes and have the reading right there for you to refer to. I use them all of the time in all of my classes. I think that it helps keep me organized also. They are a very good/useful tool that anyone can use!

  3. I can relate to what you are saying. I love Post-It-Notes. I have them stuck here on my computer desk to remind me of people's numbers and e-mail addresses. They are from out of state. Their is even one where I wrote down what Drivers are missing from my computer. My computer isen't an antique, which Im grateful for that, but the system itself does need to be cleaned out. I have a lot of unnecessary apps I no longer use. Another sticky note I have posted is telling me that my U.P.S. Service is currently stopped. The reason for this is because I have an I-POD that needed to be worked on so I sent it back to Apple and after they serviced it they said I had to be home to sign the form from the U.P.S. guy before I could recieve my package. Well with me working first shift it was hard to catch the U.P.S. guy because most of their deliveries are in the morning or afternoon. It came down to it that I had to make a trip to Lima to the U.P.S. place their on Interstate 75 to pick my package up, which was an inconvience for me, just to get my I-POD back. Can you ,or anyone in your family, or maby a friend relate to this sort of situation?
My favorite sticky notes are the medium size ones that are colored. I use them has a to-do-list. With out a to-do-list I am lost. I am the type of person that has to have things wrote down or I intend to forget to do it. Can you relate to this in anyway?
I have never put one of those in my mouth either but have you every put a piece of paper in your mouth and have it stick to your lip? Ouch!!. I have and that hurts!. I also use sticky notes, but also use paper to take notes. I am an informational and visual learner. I love using Google. It's my savior. What type of learning style do you have?
Our teacher, Mrs. Piro, and you have the same general idea when it comes to marking your spot in a book. Have you noticed that she uses the colored tabs for our Norton Field Guide To Writing book? It looks like she has that well organized. That looks like a good organizing tool to use. All types of resources and tools are going to be our best friend in college. We have a lot to take in but it is going to be well worth the money.
Unlike you, I like to use a book mark to mark my pages where I left off. My favorite one is one that came from my mother that she used for her bible. She is no longer with me but she is my angel. I know she is looking down at me and giving me signs everyday. I really do miss her.

In class today we watched an episode of How I Met Your Mother. I have never been a big fan of this TV show. I always thought it was stupid. However today episode wasn’t that bad, really. It had some fun parts to it, like how the blonde guy always went down to the street just to fart. This show defiantly isn’t for younger children. It had some serious parts, like how that one guy was upset because his girlfriend left him and all he wanted was to get married and have a family. This episode also got me thinking a lot about my future and how different things may be in only a few short years. It has me wondering what is going to come for me. I’m the kind of person who lives in the moment and just takes life as it comes to me. Now I just want to know where I’ll be in 3 to 5 years. Will I continue to go to school to be a police officer or will I end up changing my major to something else. Will my boyfriend and I still be together? That’s something I hope doesn’t change. Will I be married? I have no idea. Just where will I be in my life? Most of all this episode thought me that you won’t always get what you expect and sometimes things in life are opt to change.

The hall was quiet until she heard a loud scream coming from the bathroom. She was startled. She looked up from her desk with a frightened look on her face. She thought for sure she was the only one left the building at this time of night. So she got up from her desk very quietly and walked towards her classroom door and slowly poked her head around the corner. She didn’t see anyone or anything. So she yelled, “Anyone there?” She did not get a response so she headed towards where she thought the scream came from. She slowly opened the bathroom door and asked one more time “anyone there?” Still no answer, she opened all the stall doors and when she got to the second to last one she heard a little whimper. There was a young lady sitting there with her feet up on the toilet, crying. The lady looked terrified. She told the woman that there had been a man chasing her and they needed to get out of there and find help right away. So they took each other’s hands and made their way to the door and opened it very carefully. Once out in the hallway again they took off running as fast as they could, when they see the man in one of the other rooms. The lady that works there started laughing and said “was that the man?” and said “he works here too, he is just a jokester".

    Body Paragraph one:
Who would make a better Maryland, Ivy (Megan Hilty) or Karen (Katharine McPhee)? That’s the question that was asked. Many thought Ivy could play the part better than anyone possibly could, but it was all up to Jack (Jack Davenport)to make the decision. Jack was the one who had to make the choice. Would he make the right one? Let’s just say by the end of the show Jack made a great decision on who he picked to play the part of Maryland. I thought it was quit ironic how the ending song fit right in with what was going on in the actresses’ life who was playing Maryland’s life. As for Ivy, she was pretty much playing the part of Maryland in her own everyday life by the end of the show. She would have made a great Maryland because of the simple fact that she slept around and she was thinking about taking some kind of pills. She idolized Maryland. As for the costumes, they were great. everyone's wardrobe fit in good with whatever part they were playing.

    Over the Political Season
Last night I got on Twitter and all everyone was talking about the election and the debate that was going on. This got on my nerves so bad. I really don’t care about the election. I actually steer away from it all. I do not think that I should vote because I do not really know what is going on and I really don’t care to find out either. I would rather leave it to the people who pay attention and know what is going on and know who feels what way about things. Some people were just like “I’m voting Obama because he is black!” No, I think that is wrong and someone’s skin color does not mean anything, I would want someone who knows what they are doing and what they are talking about running my country not just based on their skin color. I have really only heard bad things about both of them. Honestly it all just confuses the heck out of me. I do not really understand why people get in such bad arguments about it. Like, yeah, it’s a serious topic but it also takes a huge group of people to feel the same way just to get the point across. I honestly think that some people are just bandwagon people and just jump right in with their peers every though they do not feel the same. When I am asked how I feel about it, I just say that I do not want to talk about it.

    Jacket
    Red Riding Hood
    Spagetti
    Georgia
While in Georgia Little Red Riding Hood wore a jacket while she sat in the Olive Garden eating spaghetti because it was the middle of winter and it was freezing outside. When she was finished eating she got a to go box to save the rest for later. When she got up to put on a heavier coat she tripped over her chair and spilt her left overs all over the people at the table next to her. She felt so bad about it that she offered to pay their bill for them; they laughed and said that it was okay how they thought it was funny and they weren’t even mad about it. As she helped clean it all up, she got a text from her mother saying that she had better get home fast, there is a big storm that’s going to be hitting in her town soon.as Little Red Riding Hood started home she was sad because she did not have any left overs for later. So as she walked home she noticed a home that was empty and could smell their soup all that way out at the road. She started up their driveway, she only made it about half way up when a car started coming. The people who lived there were home. She panicked; it was the people from the restaurant that she had spilt spaghetti all over. She was terrified. They drove up right next to her and started laugh and said “Hey, you’re the girl from Olive Garden!” she just smiled nervously, and then they asked what she was doing walking up their driveway, and she said “well it’s pretty cold and I was going to see if I could stay here for a little to warm up and head back home, they said delighted “we would be more than happy to have you over!” They sat around all night just laughing, ate some nice hot soup, and carrying on about what had happened that day. When they looked up at the clock they noticed it was one in the morning, they told Miss Riding Hood that she could just stay there for the night. She slept on the nice comfy couch and headed home in the morning.

At approximately 03:00 I, officer Snoke, was called to the scene, Wal-Mart Supercenter, 3904 Kings Highway, Lima Ohio, where a drive by shooting accrued. A witness named, John Smith said that as two white males, about six foot one and the other one, five eleven came running out of the store and a black, four door, Honda with extremely dark windows drove by, when a man rolled down the back driver side window an begun to fire. A 12 year old girl was in the pathway of the bullets and was struck. John Smith said as all this was happening the two males who exited Wal-Mart continued to run an they came to a blue, four door, Ford where they got in it and took off at high rates of speed.
As I showed up I asked the detective what all had happened and where the body was. I announced you time of death to be at approximately 02:45. I observed that she had been shot multiple times; once to the face, one in the shoulder that was a through and through shot and the other one in the left leg. I come to the conclusion that the one in the face was the cause of death.
Your Honor, all of the evidence leads right to the defendant. The cameras in front of Wal-Mart, the multiple witnesses who have testified and said that the vehicle that we found at their house is the one that was at the scene and the shots were fire from, under the passenger seat we found a gun and it’s the same size as the bullet casings we found at the scene. Lastly, their alibis don’t match up to what they were saying, we pulled the tapes at McDonald’s and they are nowhere to be found at or around the time that they said they were there. I believe that they are guilty on all counts.
